We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, organised, and people-focused Administration & Services Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations, staff coordination, participant onboarding, and compliance tasks. 🔑 Key Responsibilities

🗂 Administration & Office Coordination

Provide high-level administrative support across departments
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Manage calendars, appointments, and internal communications
Draft, format, and proofread documents, emails, and reports
Maintain up-to-date digital and physical filing systems

🧑‍🦽 Participant & Service Coordination

Support participant onboarding and intake processes
Ensure NDIS compliance in care planning and documentation
Coordinate with support workers, families, and stakeholders
Conduct audits, manage WHS responsibilities, and ensure service quality

👥 Recruitment & Staff Support

Manage recruitment ads and organise interviews
Conduct reference checks and facilitate onboarding
Monitor training compliance and maintain staff training records
Conduct regular staff inductions and performance tracking

What We’re Looking For

Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS Framework (essential)
2+ years of experience in administration, support coordination, or similar role within the framework of NDIS.
High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive attitude with a willingness to grow and contribute to a collaborative team
