About the Role:
The Aged Care Worker role is central to our person-centred approach promise which ensures we aim to enhance the psychological, spiritual, social, emotional, and physical well-being of our residents.
Working collaboratively with our nursing team, the role is responsible for providing provide high-quality personal care to our clients based on their individual needs. This includes assisting them with daily life tasks, personal care and mobility. The needs and wishes of individual residents are met as a priority, and we deliver services and supports that ensure the health and wellbeing of our residents.
Our employees are employed under the St Basil's NSW/ACT Enterprise Agreement 2024. Our Aged Care Workers are employed under this EA as Personal Care Level 2 to 3 with an hourly rate between $32.86 to $34.59.
