The Opportunity:
We are looking for an Allied Health Assistant to join our supportive and professional multidisciplinary teams in a part time capacity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Facilitate the administrative flow of one of our chronic disease management clinics, including processing referrals, scheduling appointments, data entry and facilitating the clinic.
- Assist in the delivery of individual and group programs under the direction of the Allied Health Professional.
- Work in a multidisciplinary team with flexibility to cover in different disciplines.
- Provide administrative support to the Allied Health Team.
- Update and maintain client date on electronic database.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working as an Allied Health Assistant.
- Experience working in Allied Health and/or the community health sector.
- Experience using TrakCare client data management system.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
