About the Role:
As a Client Services Assistant, you will work closely with the Client Services Manager to ensure seamless service delivery for our participants. This role involves a mix of administration, stakeholder communication, monitoring participant progress, and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate participant records, care plans, and service agreements.
Assist with rostering, scheduling, and team meeting coordination.
Monitor daily notes and participant progress; escalate concerns as required.
Liaise with participants, families, and service providers.
Assist in reporting, feedback tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Recent experience in disability, aged care, or community health.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficient with OneDrive, Brevity or similar platforms.
A genuine commitment to participant rights and person-centred care.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Diploma of Community Services, Disability, Social Services, Nursing or similar.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Valid Police Check.
Current First Aid & CPR.
Available 5 days.
