Due to promotion and growth in the Southeast Melbourne team, mecwacare is seeking a stand-out rostering expert to join the client services team in our Home Care Services department. This is a fast-paced, phone-based role that is integral for rostering Direct Care Workers and nurses to provide aged care and nursing services in clientsβ homes and the community. The role also asks you to juggle priorities including liaising with case managers, clients and field staff, as well as maintain timely and accurate record keeping.
What you bring:
Rostering and scheduling experience in aged and disability service environment.
Knowledge of the Southeast Metropolitan corridors.
Proactive attitude and ability to multitask between phones, emails and rostering.
Demonstrated experience in a client focused position with a commitment to providing superior customer service to the most important members of the team β our clients and our staff.
A logical mind with an ability to see the bigger picture - rostering is a puzzle waiting to be solved.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of Carelink +.
Knowledge of CHSP, HACC guidelines and My Aged Care Portal.
