Are you an experienced NDIS Coordinator of Supports with a passion for making a difference? We are a boutique company seeking a versatile professional who can wear many hats to support our clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage supports for NDIS participants, ensuring adherence to individual plans.
- Provide direct support when needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the organisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including participants, families, and service providers.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a Coordinator of Supports role within the NDIS framework.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and its processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Relevant qualifications in community services or related fields, such as a Diploma in Community Services or a related area, are preferred.
