About Us

Inclusive Disability Assist is a dynamic, not-for-profit organization based in North Brisbane and a registered provider of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We specialize in supporting individuals with psycho-social disabilities, helping them live independently and engage with their communities.

As our organization expands, we are looking for dedicated, professional, and experienced support workers in North Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. Many of our participants have complex needs, requiring a high level of understanding, patience, and resilience.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking passionate and experienced support workers who are confident in providing care for participants with higher support needs, including complex psycho-social disabilities.

While formal qualifications in disability, mental health, aged care, or related fields are highly regarded, we also value extensive hands-on experience and transferable skills from roles in aged care, mental health, community services, or similar sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support in participants’ homes
• Support participants with high-complexity needs in accessing the community
• Assist with household tasks (cleaning, laundry, cooking, etc.)
• Provide support in Short Term Accommodation settings, when required
• Work independently and confidently in varied environments
• Be available for split shifts and flexible scheduling as needed

• A detailed Cover Letter outlining relevant experience
• A Current Queensland Driver’s License
• A registered motor vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
• A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain one)
• A valid Blue Card
• A smartphone with internet access for work-related applications
