Disability Support Worker

At Prosper Care and Support, we're seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Disability Support Workers across Victoria.

We support a wide variety of participants of all ages and genders, including people with physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people from all walks of life.

What you'll do:

Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, including those with psychosocial disabilities.
Assist clients with daily living (personal care, meal prep, household tasks).
Support social, recreational, and community activities.
Create safe, supportive, and inclusive environments.
Work with our team to deliver personalized support plans.
Maintain accurate records in compliance with NDIS standards.

What you'll bring:

We're flexible – we value your attitude and passion most of all.
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (Mandatory).
Comprehensive insurance (Willing to obtain).
NDIS Screener, WWCC, First Aid, CPR (Mandatory).
A Certificate III/IV in Disability Support or related training (desirable but not essential).
Mental health, medication, or PEG experience (valued but not required).
Previous experience in care or community support (advantageous).
Strong communication and people skills.
A genuine passion for empowering others.
