About the role
T2 Care Support Pty Ltd is seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our team in Point Cook, VIC. This is a casual role, providing support and assistance to individuals with a range of disabilities to help them live independently and participate in their community.
What you'll be doing:
Providing personal care assistance, such as help with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assisting with household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Accompanying and supporting clients during community-based activities and appointments.
Documenting client progress and any relevant information in care plans.
Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
What we're looking for:
Female support workers only between ages of 21-35.
Prefer someone available to work 23 hours a week. IMMEDIATE START for the right candidate.
Previous experience in a similar role, providing support to individuals with disabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of those you support.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
A current First Aid certificate, a valid driver's licence and all NDIS checks.
