is actively seeking part time permanent Community Disability Support Workers - Moreton Bay area with permanent appointments (Day, Evenings and weekends available). 

Morayfield and Bribie Office Locations, mobile work within Moreton bay region

You will be backed up by a supportive management team with round the clock monitoring of an emergency phone with Team Leaders available during your day to assist via phone support

Must have:

* Experience within the Sector

* Manual handling training and experience

* Yellow Card now known as NDIS workers screening (Must have)

* Blue Card or willing to obtain

* NDIS workers orientation modules (can be completed if successful)

* Qld Covid 19 infection control modules (can be completed if successful)

* Current Drivers License with car insurance and roadworthy vehicle 

* Cert 3 or higher in Disability Support Work or equivalent 

*In home and Community based experience

Not essential but would be an advantage:

*Extensive experience in PC, Community access and in home supports

* Hoist training and experience

* Mental health training and experience 

* Challenging behaviors experience
