Family, Youth and Children's Services Branch Support Officer
Permanent - Part Time Position – 36.5 hours per week
Band 4 - starting at $70,965.52 (Pro rata) + super (RDO applicable for full-time 38 hours per week only)

Yarra's Family, Youth and Children's Services Branch plans and delivers services for children, young people and their families. A small branch administration team supports the HR, management and service planning functions of the branch.

This position directly supports branch administration by:


Supporting the day-to-day administrative requirements of the FY&CS branch.
Supporting the FY&CS Branch with business systems improvement projects.
Ad-hoc backfilling for Customer and Business Support Officers.
Contributing to development and delivery of effective business and customer support through the provision of high-quality customer service for internal and external clients.

What qualifications and experience you will need for this role?


Beyond secondary education, typically post trade certificate or post-secondary qualification below degree/diploma level, or knowledge and skills through on-the job-training.
Relevant business or customer service training e.g. TAFE or VCE studies.
Experience in a responsible customer and business support or administrative support role.
