About the Role
You will provide in-home and community-based support tailored to each client’s goals and needs.
Duties may include:
- Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Assistance with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and general household support
- Community access and social support
- Supporting clients to build independence and confidence
- Emotional support while maintaining professional boundaries
- Occasional sleepover support shifts
Our clients require workers who are calm, consistent, and capable — not just friendly.

- Are competent and confident providing personal care
- Understand trauma-informed and client-centred practice
- Can maintain professional boundaries
- Are reliable and punctual

Essential Requirements
- Female support worker
- Valid Driver’s Licence (own vehicle preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- ABN or willingness to obtain
- Ability to provide two professional references
