We are currently seeking an experienced and committed House Supervisor to oversee the care and daily operations of two clients across two residential homes in the Melton area.

About the Role:
As the House Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of two Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, ensuring high-quality care and consistent support for our participants.
Youβll be responsible for leading staff, maintaining compliance with NDIS standards, and fostering a safe and person-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate operations across two homes
Supervise and support a team of Disability Support Workers
Ensure clients' needs and goals are met in line with their NDIS plans
Oversee staff rosters, incident reporting, and home compliance
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and allied health professionals
Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
About You:
Previous experience as a House Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role within NDIS services.
Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and person-centred approaches.
Confident in leading teams and managing home operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Current Driverβs Licence (essential).
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, First Aid & CPR.
Certificate IV in Disability or relevant qualification (preferred).
