Independent NDIS Support Coordinators

Blue Bay Support Coordination
Contract
Remote
Australia
$70 - $140 AUD hourly
Aged Care Support Worker, Community Care Assistant, Disability Support

Dear Independent Support Coordinators – is this you??

You’re anxious about an 18-month registration wait and worried how you’ll keep supporting your participants in the meantime.

You’ve heard that the NDIS registration process will cost you up to anywhere from $5000-$8,000 initially, then $2500-$8000 for the 18mth review, then again at the 3yr mid-term audit, plus ongoing cycle.

You’ve built deep trust with your participants. Handing them over to someone else just doesn’t sit right.

The thought of going through registration by yourself, while maintaining your caseload AND your family / work life commitments, is burning you out faster than you can say “NDIS review.”

If you relate to this, then we have good news for you.

At Blue Bay Support Coordination, we’ve crafted a contractor model that feels like your own solo practice—minus the registration headache.

With Blue Bay Support Coordination, you keep your ABN, your professional relationships, and your full caseload—while operating under our established NDIS registration.

Plus, you keep all the benefits that drew you to independence in the first place:

Flexible scheduling to fit around school pickups, appointments, and other commitments.

Autonomy to design your own support approach, without box-ticking.

Closer, more personalised relationships with participants.

Work-life balance and the freedom to choose your own hours.

Our dedicated back-office team takes care of:

Intakes, billing, and audits.

Leave cover whenever you need a break.

Peer supervision catch-ups.

All while you work in your business, set your own hours, and nurture those relationships you’ve worked so hard to build. Plus, you’ll enjoy:

Competitive hourly rates + super.

Steady referrals so your practice keeps growing.

Zero micromanagement.

Ability to work from anywhere in Australia.

Ready to hold onto your independence, ditch the paperwork pile-up, and join a supportive crew that’s all about real outcomes?
