About the Role:


As the Manager of Support Coordination, you will lead our Support Coordination team with focus, integrity, and a passion for performance. We’re looking for someone who’s confident, commercially minded, and brings significant experience leading Coordination of Support services in the NDIS space – someone who values teamwork, collaboration, and holds themselves and others to account.

You will be responsible for:


Lead the team to achieve a target of an agreed amount of new participant sign-ups per month/quarter, contributing to service growth and community reach.
Lead by example and stay in touch with front line through maintaining your own (small) client case load.
Track and report on individual and team performance against these KPIs, addressing any shortfalls with timely support and performance management strategies. Foster a collaborative team culture focused on outcomes, continuous learning, and service excellence, based on all Support Coordinators having initiative, problem solving skills and personal accountability. Leading high-performing national teams to deliver exceptional participant outcomes.
Driving accountability through clear KPIs (billables, documentation, client engagement, system compliance).
Managing performance of the team.
Elevating operational efficiency through effective resource planning and process optimisation.
Ensuring ongoing compliance with NDIS standards, policies, and audit requirements.
Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Senior Leadership to align workforce and strategy.
Identifying growth opportunities, industry trends, and commercial improvements.
Embodying and promoting LifeFul’s values across all aspects of leadership.
Highly experienced in CRMS preferably CareView.

Qualifications and Experience:


Essential:


Certificate IV or above in Community Services, Disability, or Social Work.
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Support Coordination teams within a national or mid-size NDIS provider.
The legal right to work in Australia.
All Mandatory Checks (NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, Completion of all mandatory NDIS Commission Training Modules).
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Full, unrestricted Australian Driving License and Comprehensive car insurance.

Desirable:


Tertiary qualifications in Business, Leadership, or Management.
