Due to growth in our Melbourne area, we are seeking a dedicated NDIS Consultant - Immediate start available.

As an NDIS Consultant, you’ll empower individuals to reach their employment goals through personalised support and skill-building. You’ll work one-on-one with participants to set goals, build capacity, and deliver tailored training. Partnering with training providers and local employers, you’ll coordinate site visits, work experience, and job opportunities. This dynamic role combines office-based appointments with community engagement. You’ll also collaborate with stakeholders to attract new participants and grow your caseload.

This position can be is based in our Werribee or Altona North offices with travel required to surrounding areas. This a Part time role with between 25-35 hours per week across five days, with potential to increase hours as the caseload grows. The working hours will be scheduled between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Hours during these times can be negotiated.

Key Responsibilities:


Assess participants' skills, interests, and employment aspirations.
Develop individualized plans in line with participants goals.
Liaise with employers to identify suitable work experience or job opportunities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to attract customers to build the caseload.

Qualifications and experience:


Certificate IV in employment services, career development, or related field is an advantage.
Experience in working with people with disabilities in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
Working with Children/Vulnerable People check.
NDIS Worker Clearance.
Driver's license.
