About the Role

This role will lead the NDIS business unit, delivering NDIS-funded supports to eligible participants. You will be responsible for building and growing the division, supported by the Disability Services Manager, with a strong focus on participant outcomes, compliance, and sustainable growth across the North of Perth and the Southwest of Western Australia.

Essential business development and client acquisition experience is required to successfully build and expand the division.

Any B2B sales experience is required to drive business growth and client acquisition.

  • A business-focused mindset with a strong results orientation
  • Experience in disability service coordination, workforce allocation, and contractual compliance
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in disability service coordination is required
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
  • Sound judgement, decision-making capability, and strong problem-solving skills

About the Job

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. It is demanding, fast-paced, and outcomes-driven. Success will require resilience, accountability, and a clear commitment to growth and quality service delivery.

Additional Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in social sciences, health, or allied health (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework
  • Well-developed computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience using client management systems
  • Experience with NDIS-specific client management software is required
  • A minimum of 1+ years usage experience with NDIS-specific client management software is required
  • Australian Federal Police Check and Working With Children Check (may be completed on a provisional appointment)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current WA Driver's Licence
  • Legal work rights in Australia are required for this position
