About the Role:
Reporting to the Loddon Business Unit Manager, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred Support Coordination to NDIS participants throughout the greater Bendigo region. You’ll guide participants to implement their NDIS plans, coordinate supports, and build their capacity to engage confidently with the broader service system—including health, housing, justice, and mental health sectors.

About You:
You are a capable, compassionate professional who combines deep sector knowledge with sound judgment and initiative. You have a background in disability, community, or mental health services, and you take pride in evidence-based, ethical practice.
Essential:
Qualification in a related discipline (minimum Diploma in Community Services, Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, Allied Health, or equivalent)
Experience providing NDIS Support Coordination or complex case management
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Ability to obtain or hold: NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and Police Check
Highly Regarded:
- Degree-qualified in Social Work, Psychology, or Allied Health.
- Strong understanding of psychosocial and disability supports.
- Demonstrated success working autonomously with accountability.
- Experience navigating complex service systems.
