NDIS Support Coordinator

We're seeking a Darwin-based NDIS Support Coordinator, help participants navigate their NDIS plans, connect with services, and achieve their goals. Work closely with families, providers, and the community to promote independence and inclusion. Bring your NDIS expertise and passion for making a difference—and help strengthen our communities!

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate NDIS plans, budgets, and documentation
• Liaise with providers and stakeholders
• Support young people and families with culturally appropriate services
• Ensure compliance and quality standards

What You’ll Bring:

• NDIS knowledge and experience in case management
• Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support or similar qualifications
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience working in remote locations, ideally supporting First Nations’ communities.
• C Class Driver’s Licence as well as the ability to obtain a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance are essential

• Salary - Level 6: $93,398.46 - $99,086.38 per annum (excl. super)
• 6 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading
• Annual salary review under the Enterprise Agreement
