OnSide offers dedicated Support Coordination services for people with an National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan.
We connect clients to their communities and engage relevant providers to enable them to thrive.
Our team of Support Coordinators are NDIS experts, supporting our clients to navigate through the NDIS and their NDIS plan to deliver the best outcomes.

A Current Driver’s license and well-maintained vehicle that meets current safety standards with comprehensive car insurance

To have completed the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission online Worker Orientation training module called ‘Quality, Safety and You’ prior to your commencement.

About the role:


This is a permanent role available full time or part time (0.8 FTE minimum). You will be joining a national service that has been successfully operating since 2017.

As a Support Coordinator with OnSide you will provide varying levels of coordination and transition supports for children, young people and adults.

Working from each client’s NDIS plan you’ll support them to gather the resources and services they need, to support them to achieve their goals.

Flexible work arrangements! Our work pattern generally includes 1-2 days per week working from your home office, 1-2 days per week visiting clients in the community and 1 day per week at one of our office locations to enable collaboration with the team.

These positions are commencing soon due to ongoing demand for our services.

Your responsibilities will include:


Supporting the OnSide clients to build their capacity, while supporting their understanding of the NDIS and supporting their choice and control in implementing their NDIS plan goals.

Coordinate a range of supports to suit clients needs across multiple providers

Coordinate client’s plan to enable greater independence across all domains of their life

Work within funding levels associated with each client (continually track, monitor, and report funding budgets)

Continually gather and document relevant information about clients from other services for the development of evidence-based reports and updates

Liaise and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to establish a mutual goal of coordinating service delivery and developing effective linkages relevant to the achievement of a client’s NDIS goals
