About the role

As a Support Coordinator / Recovery Coach, you will:

• Navigate and coordinate services across multiple systems
• Advocate for participant rights, safety, and quality of life
• Build capacity and sustainable support networks
• Work collaboratively with families, providers, and stakeholders
• Work from home and in the community

What we’re looking for

• Experience in Support Coordination, Recovery Coaching or Specialist Support Coordination
• Strong understanding of the NDIS and broader service systems
• Ability to work within complex, high-risk, or safeguarding contexts
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills
• A genuine commitment to ethical, rights-based practice
