About the Role:
You’ll support NDIS participants to understand and implement their plans, connect with services, and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate supports and services for NDIS participants
Build strong relationships with clients and providers
Monitor progress and review plans
Advocate for participant outcomes

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in NDIS Support Coordination (preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Knowledge of NDIS systems and processes
Passion for helping people live independently
