Responsibilities
- Providing direct and indirect support to participants, including face-to-face consultations, networking, and liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Coordinating supports, manage case loads, review budgets, and ensure comprehensive case notes
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings and assist with NDIS plan reviews
- Drafting clear and industry-standard reports and communications
- Managing competing priorities to deliver high-quality service
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications required, preferably with experience in NDIS Support Coordination
- Legal work rights in Australia are required for this position
- Current Working with Vulnerable People check must be held
- Current driver's licence with a clean driving record and ability to use a company vehicle
- Knowledge of the disability sector, with an ability to interact professionally with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with Psychosocial Recovery Coaching would be highly regarded
- Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, IT software, and report writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proactive thinking and critical problem-solving abilities
- High organisational skills to manage workloads efficiently
