NDIS Support Coordinator

The team at Medical Staff is excited to offer a role as a National NDIS Support Coordinator to complement its existing team.

In this role you will provide business development to increase participants within the organization on a national level, while additionally providing support coordination to NDIS participants.

Please note this is an office based position, however hours can be flexible on reasonable grounds.

Some of your daily responsibilities will be as below but not limited to:

• Actively developing business to add more participants 
• Actively attending disability networking and EXPOs
• Assisting with day to day operations
• Understanding the clients and participants of Medical staff
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, participants, and staff
• Liaise with recruitment team to find the best workers for our participants 
• Admin tasks as required, with the ability to manage many aspects of admin and compliances as per NDIS requirement
• Attend and assist with the NDIS annual audit
• Be available for NDIS afterhours calls in case of emergency 

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have prior experience within the NDIS sector
• Love networking and attending Expos etc in any state to expand our business   
• Be able to mix office based work with client/participant visits as required
• Have a sound understanding of NDIS requirements 
• Have great verbal and written communication skills
• Be self-motivated
• Be proactive and goal orientated
• Have sound computer skills
• Be a social person and enjoy networking with groups and individuals
