Role Description


We’re seeking a motivated and passionate professional to take on a dual role β€” driving business growth while delivering exceptional NDIS support coordination services. This unique role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, building community connections, and supporting participants throughout their NDIS journey.

Key Responsibility:


Business Development


Build partnerships with hospitals, allied health professionals, LACs, and community organisations.
Identify and convert referral opportunities into new participant engagements.
Represent NO LIMITS CARE at community events, expos, and networking functions.
Develop and implement outreach strategies to grow participant numbers.

Support Coordination


Assist participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans.
Coordinate services with allied health, support workers, and other providers.
Monitor participant progress and adjust supports as needed.
Maintain accurate case notes and compliance records in line with NDIS standards.

Skills & Experience:


Proven experience in NDIS support coordination, case management, or disability services.
Demonstrated success in business development, community engagement, or sales.
Strong knowledge of NDIS processes, funding categories, and compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet targets.
Qualifications: Certificate IV in Disability, Allied Health, Community Services or equivalent.
