Specialist Support Solutions are expanding their team. We are seeking an enthusiastic, Experienced Level 2 & 3 Support Coordinator to assist clients navigate the complexities of NDIS, to ensure that their plans are utilized effectively. Specialist Support Solutions is based in Rockhampton QLD.

About the role

In this role, the NDIS Support Coordinator will monitor and implement NDIS Funded supports to assist the client achieve their NDIS Goals.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Empower clients with a deeper understanding of their plans and how to implement them
  • Maintaining detailed case notes and administrative records to support NDIS Reporting requirements
  • Providing pre and post plan recommendations to assist clients utilise their NDIS plan Coordinator and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Successfully meeting productive and company targets
  • Implement and Monitor budgets and support to ensure that funding expenditure is on track to the desired goal
  • Conduct regular progress reviews of Client's plan, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the NDIS
  • Working Closely with a team of Support Coordinators

What we're looking for

  • 6 Months Experience in Support Coordination or Similar Role
  • Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of NDIS Code of Conduct
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to address clients needs
  • Ability to complete plan budgets and breakdown of NDIS plan
  • A Strong drive to contribute to positively impact the lives of our clients lives
  • Strong Computer skills
