About the Role:
As an NDIS Support Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their goals, maintain their wellbeing, and navigate the impacts of mental ill-health while participating fully in their communities. Many of the people we support experience fluctuating mental health, emotional distress, or reduced capacity at times, and require patient, consistent, and strengths-based support. Whether it’s assisting with daily living tasks or fostering opportunities for social and economic engagement, such as exploring & keeping a job, you’ll be making a tangible impact every day.
