NDIS Support Worker - Home Care

We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Casual NDIS Support Workers to join our growing team.

About the role

• Providing in-home care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation
• Developing and implementing individual support plans to meet each client's goals
• Actively engaging clients in social and recreational activities to promote their wellbeing and independence

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 1 year experience in aged care, disability or community services
• Strong understanding of the NDIS and a commitment to person-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
• A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent experience desirable but NOT ESSENTIAL
• Must be available for flexible hours to accommodate varying shift requirements
• Must have Australian Driver's License & Reliable Car
• Must have Current NDIS Worker check or willing to obtain
• Must have a Paid WWCC or willing to obtain
• Must hold current First Aid/CPR certification at time of application
• Be able to provide 2 current/previous work-related references
