About the Opportunity:


We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Relationship Manager to lead business growth within the NDIS and Human Services sectors. This is your chance to step into a high-impact role where your work will directly shape the future of disability care and community services.

You will focus on building and nurturing stakeholder relationships, driving referrals, and expanding service offerings in NDIS, employment, and disability support services. Your ability to spot opportunities and deliver tailored solutions will be key to your success.

What You’ll Do:


Lead and execute strategic sales and growth initiatives in the NDIS and human services space.
Build and manage strong relationships with referral partners, support coordinators, and external stakeholders.
Identify growth opportunities across disability support, employment, and allied health services.
Represent Humanity Health Group at industry events and forums.
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and operational teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Monitor performance metrics and continually refine your approach to meet and exceed targets.

What You’ll Bring:


Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development within the NDIS, disability services, healthcare, or human services sectors.
A well-established network in the NDIS or disability space.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—able to build trust, rapport, and long-term relationships.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for empowering people and driving impact.
