Just-for-u Care is an in-home care agency providing services for clients with Home Care Packages, NDIS participants, brokerage clients as well as private clients.

Previous experience in a similar rostering or scheduling role
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
Proficient computer skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a diverse team
Ability to work autonomously and adapt to an ever-changing work environment
An excellent phone manner and high standards in customer service
About the role
This is a full-time role, reporting directly to the Rostering Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and coordinate rosters to support workers, clients and their representatives/stakeholders
Use rostering software to create and update schedules; taking into consideration worker availability, client preferences, and travel time
Monitor and manage changes in client rosters, including cancellations, rescheduling, and emergency requests, ensuring prompt and effective communication between clients/their representatives/stakeholders
Collaborate with the HR Administrator in responding to compliance and staff training
be willing to participate in staff training
Understanding industry compliance
Provide support and guidance to support workers
