Just Better Care Melbourne Bayside is currently looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Mentone. As a Service Coordinator you will play an important role in ensuring quality support services are delivered to our customers.
You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the delivery of services using our team of Just Better Care Support Workers. Just Better Care Support Workers play a key role in helping customers receive the care and support services they need. You will be the point of contact for our team of Support Workers, as well as clients.

Key responsibilities of the role:
Managing customer service schedules, including service planning, confirmation, and short notice placements and cancellations.
Liaising with customers, support workers, and other service providers by phone/email.
Providing support and direction to Support Workers to ensure a quality service is provided to the clients they support.
Monitoring the implementation of individualized care plans for customers.
