About the Role

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing service delivery across Supported Independent Living (SIL) services. This role will oversee multiple SIL facilities across the Moreton Bay region and Gympie, ensuring consistent service delivery, compliance, and operational stability across all sites.

You will act as the central point of coordination between participants, staff, stakeholders, and internal departments, ensuring services run effectively and in line with compliance requirements.

The role is based out of our Strathpine office and includes a rotating on-call component to support after-hours operations.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of your sites, ensuring continuity of supports, quality service delivery aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards, strong team performance and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee participant supports ensuring alignment with goals, care plans, and risk assessments,
  • Lead and manage Disability Support Workers across multiple SIL sites,
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation including progress notes, risk assessments, and incident reports,
  • Manage and respond to incidents, including reporting and follow-up actions,
  • Engage with stakeholders including families, guardians, support coordinators, and allied health,
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, restrictive practice requirements, and organisational policies,
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and quality checks across allocated facilities,
  • Work closely with scheduling, maintenance, and tenancy teams to ensure operational continuity,
  • Monitor and maintain safe environments, including WHS and risk management processes.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Service Coordinator or Service Manager role within NDIS service delivery (essential),
  • Strong understanding of SIL operations and NDIS Practice Standards,
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sites and competing priorities,
  • Strong leadership and team management experience,
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills,
  • Ability to respond to high-pressure situations and operational challenges,
  • High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and compliance,
  • Sound understanding of behaviour support, restrictive practices, and risk management.
