About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and motivated Service Delivery Coordinator (SDC) to join our team full-time. In this multifaceted role, you’ll not only focus on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders but also contribute to marketing initiatives that promote Angels on Duty and grow our client base. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of Support Workers, ensuring effective rostering, and maintaining compliance with NDIS standards.

The Service Delivery Coordinator position coordinates and officiates service delivery for Angels on Duty NDIS clients and is responsible for:

  • Undertake service intake, needs assessments, risk assessments, planning, budgeting, and review activities to ensure every Angels on Duty client receives tailored, high‑quality support from the very beginning of their journey.
  • Coordinate the holistic delivery of services across the Angels on Duty team, ensuring supports are timely, appropriate, and aligned with each client’s goals, preferences, and evolving needs.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with clients, taking the time to understand their unique circumstances, communication styles, and aspirations to inform meaningful, person‑centred planning.
  • Provide supportive, positive leadership that consistently reflects Angels on Duty’s values, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and accountability across the team.
  • Work proactively and collaboratively to prevent incidents and safeguard clients from any form of harm, abuse, or neglect, championing safety and wellbeing in every aspect of service delivery.
  • Ensure the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care that leads to positive outcomes for clients, including relationship‑building, life transitions, community participation, and NDIS‑related support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build warm, trusting, and collaborative relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders, becoming a reliable point of connection and support.
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a 1:2 SIL home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person‑centred environment for all residents.
  • Partner with clients to develop and manage Service Agreements that genuinely reflect their goals, needs, and aspirations under the NDIS
  • Lead meaningful meet‑and‑greets to ensure clients are matched with Support Workers who complement their personality, preferences, and support requirements.
  • Represent Angels on Duty with confidence and enthusiasm at expos, networking events, and community engagement activities.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives by helping create engaging digital content and promotional materials that showcase our values and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks with care, ensuring documentation is timely, compliant, and reflective of high‑quality practice.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to identify, select, and onboard Support Workers who align with client needs and organisational values.
  • Coordinate and support a team of Support Workers, ensuring rosters run smoothly and shifts are covered efficiently to maintain continuity of care
  • Uphold NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards and internal policies, ensuring all practices reflect safety, compliance, and person‑centred excellence.

About You
You’re an enthusiastic communicator who thrives on building meaningful relationships and empowering individuals with disabilities. You bring experience in disability services or SIL environments and feel confident engaging with a wide range of people. You enjoy balancing client‑facing work with structured administrative tasks, and you’re comfortable leading and motivating a team while maintaining clear boundaries. You understand NDIS processes, compliance, and person‑centred practice, and you approach your work with organisation, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You also have a creative flair for marketing and are excited about driving awareness and growth within the community.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate IV in Mental Health, Disability, Community Services, or Allied Health (highly regarded), demonstrating a strong foundation in person‑centred and trauma‑informed practice.
  • Solid understanding of the NDIS, including service delivery expectations, participant rights, and the principles of choice and control.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar coordination or disability services role (preferred but not essential), with the ability to quickly adapt and learn within a fast‑paced support environment.
  • Proficiency with ShiftCare, Microsoft Office, or similar client‑management and rostering tools, with confidence navigating digital systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Open driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia, enabling flexibility to travel between client homes, community locations, and organisational sites as required.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a clear National Police Check, or a willingness to obtain these prior to commencement.
