About You
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 1 year experience as a Support Coordinator
  • Has previously worked within a larger organisation and is seeking a more flexible, supportive environment

  • Is organised, efficient, and able to manage a caseload independently
  • Communicates openly and works well within a small team
  • Is passionate about delivering quality outcomes for participants

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our team as a sub-contractor, ideally based on the Gold Coast and available to commence in June (or earlier if preferred).

You will initially take over an established caseload of approximately 22 participants, with the opportunity to grow your portfolio. This currently equates to approximately 12 hours per week, with capacity to increase as your caseload builds.

This role is perfect for a mum looking for true flexibility—work from home, set your own schedule, and maintain a healthy work/life balance.

As a Sub-contractor you will be required to have an ABN, insurances and meet the required checks to work within the industry.
