PART TIME SUPPORT COORDINATOR (MAX TERM CONTRACT – 1 YEAR)

We are looking for a vibrant, proactive, and motivated Support Coordinator to manage a case load across Sydney, predominately Western and Northern Sydney. You will be required to support our clients to participate and develop valued roles in the community, to make their own decisions about how they live their life and facilitating the support they want for their life.
