Role Summary
As a Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping participants understand and implement the supports funded in their NDIS plans. You'll connect clients with the right services and ensure they have the guidance needed to make the most of their supports. Working closely with clients, their families, and representatives, you'll empower participants to build the skills and confidence to manage their NDIS supports independently over time.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Support Coordinator role involves supporting clients to understand and implement the funded supports within their NDIS plans, while connecting them with appropriate services to achieve their goals.

Skills, Attributes and Experience
Our ideal candidates will have experience in case management or support coordination within the disability sector and a solid understanding of the NDIS framework and its terms of business. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant humanities field are desirable as well, however, more important than formal qualifications are your ability to practice kindness and empathy, your strong communication skills, and your capacity to work autonomously while remaining connected to a supportive but physically dispersed team.
