Job Overview:
Support participants in implementing their NDIS plans.
Assist in building a formal support network designed to meet the needs of each participant you work with.
Build participants' capacity around the NDIS, its policies, procedures and price guide.
Effectively communicate with supports and maintain relationships with the NDIA.
Maximise the value for money of the support they receive.
Complete in-depth reports.
Demonstrate organisation values, knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct.
Give NDIS participants a voice.
Candidates with fluency in English and conversational ability in Arabic and Assyrian languages will be highly regarded for this role.
Requirements for the Job:
Fluent in English, and conversational in Arabic and Assyrian.
Valid driver's licence.
Either of the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree relevant to the field such as Social Work or Health Science
Diploma relevant to the field such as Community Services Work
Certificate IV relevant to the field such as Community Services
Adequate case management experience
