Due to growth, we’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Support Coordinator to join our Queensland team on a casual employment basis.

About the Role

As a Support Coordinator, you will work directly with NDIS participants to maximise the value of their plans and build long‑term independence. You’ll support people to navigate the NDIS, connect with the right providers, and achieve goals that matter to them.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting participants to understand and use their NDIS plans effectively
  • Linking participants with appropriate providers, mainstream services and community supports
  • Establishing and managing service agreements
  • Monitoring service delivery, budgets and Support Coordination funding
  • Building participants’ capacity to strengthen independence and self‑direction
  • Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in line with NDIS Practice Standards

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is professional, organised, and genuinely client‑centred.

You’ll bring:

  • A relevant qualification (Social Work, Psychology, Allied Health, Health Sciences, Community Services or similar)
  • Proven experience as a Support Coordinator (NDIS)
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS, service systems and community supports
  • Demonstrated ability to support participants to achieve sustainable goals
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and initiative
  • Required industry screening checks and Australian working rights
