Marli and Moe provides uniquely tailored NDIS Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching services to participants Australia-wide. We’re with our participants through the ups and downs—together.

Led by Jemma, who has navigated the NDIS system since its inception through her daughter Marli’s journey, our team understands the system from a lived experience perspective. Our personable and experienced crew work closely with participants and their families from the very beginning—this is our gold standard. We work on personalised goals and desirable outcomes, making the NDIS simpler and more approachable.

The Role
We are currently seeking a vibrant, proactive, and motivated Support Coordinator to join our amazing team working across the Sydney region.

We welcome applications from students currently studying Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences, or Allied Health disciplines.

We are offering full-time hours, with flexibility to discuss your preferences during the interview. Whether your background is in Support Coordination, Recovery Coaching, or both, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Locate, coordinate, and facilitate a range of supports and providers tailored to participant needs.
  • Assist participants in engaging with both mainstream and specialist supports.
  • Coordinate NDIS plans to foster independence, social connection, and economic participation.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure alignment with participant goals.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, providers, and stakeholders.
  • Attend networking and community events to enhance participant opportunities and outcomes.

What You Bring

  • A genuine enthusiasm for the NDIS and its potential to empower participants.
  • Qualifications in social work, psychology, community services, mental health, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience supporting people with disabilities and/or psychosocial challenges, or prior case management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A reliable vehicle and a current driver’s licence.
  • Flexibility to work hours that suit participant needs.
