About the role
As an experienced Support Coordinator at BB Disability and Mental Health Services, you'll play a crucial role in empowering individuals with disabilities and psychosocial needs, to reach their goals and enhance their independence.
While others are leaving, we are expanding and seeking a full-time team member based in Dapto.
You will manage a caseload across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands, and Sth West Sydney regions and you'll be supported by an experienced team, ensuring you achieve the best results and enjoy a high job satisfaction feeling.
What we're looking for
- IMMEDIATE START!!!
- MUST HAVE- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar Support Coordination or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching role, within the NDIS
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and the ability to interpret and apply NDIS policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ambition and drive to join us in our growth and help us expand
- Empathetic and person-centered approach, with a genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
