WHO WE ARE

St Agnes’ Catholic Parish is a dynamic not-for-profit organisation located in idyllic Port Macquarie providing education, early childhood services, aged care and community services to the community. The Parish is currently on an exciting journey of change and growth as we seek to develop innovative approaches to serving the needs of the people within our community and exceeding their service expectations.

St Agnes’ Catholic Parish is a registered NDIS service provider committed to creating an inclusive, supportive community. We focus on empowering individuals, couples and families by promoting choice, independence and high-quality, accessible services.

We deliver supports in both home and community settings across the Kempsey and Port Macquarie. Our supports operate 7 days a week.

Our 24/7 supported accommodation homes in Port Macquarie provide care for adults with intellectual and physical disabilities who have medium to high support needs. Support includes personal care, domestic assistance, community access, behaviour support, medication management and assistance with daily living.

We also operate a Monday–Friday day program in Kempsey, offering social, recreational and skill-building activities. Participants are supported to pursue their goals through a mix of group and one-on-one activities.
