Job Title: Team Leader – NDIS Services

About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Team Leader to oversee service care, delivering high-quality services under the NDIS.. You’ll be responsible for leading and mentoring staff, coordinating participant care, and ensuring compliance with NDIS practice standards and organisational policies.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance leadership with operational support — empowering your team to provide person-centred care that enhances participants’ independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Support staff performance, development, and rostering.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.
- Oversee implementation of NDIS participant plans and ensure goal achievement.
- Monitor compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
- Report incidents, manage documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement.
About You
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Proven experience in disability, community, or aged care services.
- Sound knowledge of the NDIS framework and person-centred practice.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and make informed decisions.
- Calm under pressure, empathetic, and proactive in problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or related field (Diploma preferred).
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Screening, and First Aid/CPR.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
