We are expanding our compassionate, dedicated team and seeking a motivated individual to join us as an Assistant Service Coordinator.
Role Overview:
The Assistant Service Coordinator supports the Service Coordinator in delivering outstanding service to participants. This casual role offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow within the disability services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating daily service delivery and supporting the Service Coordinator as needed.
Ensure precise documentation and accurate record-keeping for all participants.
Respond to participant, family, and stakeholder enquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.
Support service reviews, participant assessments, and intake processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
Certificate IV in Disability or a comparable qualification.
Previous experience in the disability sector, either as a support worker or in a similar role.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Passionate about disability care with a willingness to learn and grow.
Desirable:
Knowledge or previous experience with NDIS processes and guidelines.
Previous experience in administration or community services.
