Connect is a Disability Support Service providing a range of supports varying from community support, independent living, life skills development, retreat and holiday care, respite, fitness, nutrition support, and personal care. We are currently seeking robust staff that are trained in high complex care to join our team.
We are currently looking for staff experienced in high complex care in the Liverpool Area.

Experience and Prerequisites
Working With Children's Check
Minimum 2 years experience in aged care or disability.
Police Record Check
First Aid and CPR
Drivers' License with access to own vehicle and comprehensive insurance
Tasks & Responsibilities of the Job
Providing personal care
Provide support to clients in-home and/or out in the community.
Providing support to people with physical disabilities and/or mental health illnesses.
Sleepover Shifts / Active Overnights
Record and documentation keeping and safeguarding
