The Role:


Key responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:
Business Development & Client Acquisition:


Develop and deliver promotional strategies in collaboration with the Executive Team, including social media and marketing activities.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholder, including formal supports, rehabilitation centres, TAC agencies, hospital social workers, day centres, aged care agencies, Special schools, Support Coordinators, hospitals, General Practitioners, Allied Health practitioners, Community groups and Local Area Coordinators to drive awareness and referrals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across referral networks, partnerships, events, and community channels.

Building and strengthening stakeholder relationships and fostering partnerships with key industry contacts and organisations to further Perfect Care’s reach and influence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, their families, and key external stakeholders.

Undertake a thorough screening process of prospective clients to determine their eligibility for our services and confirmation of funding.

Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their service needs and successfully convert leads into active clients.

Actively promote Perfect Care’s services, brand, and values through professional engagement, networking, and community outreach.

Meet and exceed onboarding KPI’s through proactive lead generation and efficient conversion strategies.

Collaborate on the development and implementation of innovative marketing and referral initiatives.

Client Onboarding & Service Coordination:


Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from enquiry to active service.
Lead the end-to-end intake and onboarding process for new participants, including assessments, documentation, risk management, and service agreements.
Guide clients and families through available service options, funding pathways, and expectations.
Provide clear documentation and handover to operational teams post-onboarding.
Ensure new clients receive a high-quality onboarding experience that fosters long-term engagement.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:


Act as the primary contact during onboarding and early service delivery phases.
Monitor early-stage client satisfaction and proactively manage concerns or feedback to ensure a positive experience.
Foster trust and rapport with clients and their families through consistent communication and professional service delivery.
Support retention strategies by ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded during the initial engagement period.

To secure the role, we are looking for:


Relevant qualification to perform the role or equivalent experience (3–5+ years).
Experience in a business development and intake-focused role, ideally within NDIS, TAC and Aged Care.
Strong understanding of the NDIS, TAC and Aged Care landscape, their funding models, and person-centred practice.
Ability to work towards KPI’s, meet targets and deliver service growth.
Excellent administrative, planning, and communication skills.
Experience working with people with complex disabilities and diverse backgrounds.
Proven ability in business development, networking, or stakeholder engagement.
Well-developed time management skills ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
Exceptional communication skills and use this to build meaningful and long-term relationships with clients, their representatives and key stake holders.
A team player who can build relationships with both Perfect Care ‘s Management team as well as able to work autonomously.
Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed.
High-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated initiative, go getter, sound judgment, and ability to work autonomously.
