The Role:
Permanent, Full-Time role, based in our conveniently located Abbotsford Office.
This strategic, hands-on role merges service delivery, case management, and business development to deliver measurable outcomes. You will be accountable for driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and expanding our market presence across Melbourne and Victoria, ensuring both client success and organisational impact.
As a Client Services Manager will take charge, and support, across the following key areas:
Liaising with all stakeholders who require our services: In Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Community Access & Participation, Respite, etc.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and ongoing service delivery.
Leverage your industry connections and networks to build the client base and establish new referral channels.
End to End onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and support for all Participants in your caseload.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and coordination of NDIS services, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Onboarding of New Participants with all relevant compliance - Including: Participant Profiles, Care Plans, Service Agreements, Schedule of Supports, Collating Health Assessments, etc.

Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in the NDIS sector, with a solid understanding of NDIS funding, planning, and service delivery models
Extensive networks and relationships with support coordinators, clients, providers, and other industry stakeholders
Self-starter who likes to leave things better than the way you find them
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Valid Driverβs Licence essential due to regular travel requirements
