The Role
Join our growing Quality & Compliance team as a Compliance Officer and help us keep our services safe, compliant, and audit-ready. You'll be the detail-driven backbone behind our governance processes — monitoring risk, investigating incidents, reviewing policies, and leading internal audits that drive continuous improvement and uphold our NDIS registration. What You'll Do
- Lead internal audits and compliance checks under NDIS Practice Standards.
- Oversee incident investigations, follow-ups, and reporting to the NDIS Commission.
- Maintain risk registers, corrective action plans, and compliance dashboards.
- Update policies and procedures to reflect current regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to embed quality practices across all teams.
- Support preparation for external audits and registration renewals.
About You
- Confident communicator with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in NDIS compliance, quality, or risk management.
- Skilled in interpreting legislation and applying it to service delivery.
- Calm under pressure and driven by accuracy and ethics.
- Passionate about quality care and client safety.
