As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll help clients build independence, develop daily living skills & connect with their community. Every shift makes a real difference 💫

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Personal care, meal prep & domestic assistance
Social outings, recreation & community participation
Supporting individual goals & independence
Clear documentation & teamwork

✅ What You’ll Need:

12+ months Support Worker experience (Australia)
Cert III/IV Individual Support, Disability or equivalent
Clinical skills (PEG, epilepsy) highly regarded
Flexibility for mornings, afternoons, sleepovers & active nights
NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, First Aid & Manual Handling
COVID + Flu vaccinations 💉
Driver’s licence & reliable transport 🚗
