This position is for workers located near the Caulfield area and surrounding suburbs.

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Disability Support Workers with experience in any of the following areas to join our growing family of passionate professionals.

Physical disabilities
Mental health
Personal care (low and high)
Autism
Individuals with quadriplegia

You'll play a vital role in supporting individuals living with disabilities, providing compassionate and tailored care to empower our participants and help them live their best lives in their own homes and within their community.

What you will be doing:

Assisting clients with daily living activities including personal care (low and high needs), meal preparation, and household tasks.

Accompanying clients to appointments, social events, and community activities to facilitate their full participation in community life.

Implementing individualised support plans using our digital client profiles to ensure each client's specific needs are met.

Championing clients' rights and promoting their independence, dignity, and wellbeing in all interactions.

Providing specialised support for clients with mental health conditions, autism, and complex physical disabilities including quadriplegia.

Maintaining detailed records and communicating effectively with the broader care team and healthcare professionals.

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety standards while delivering compassionate, tailored care.
