Who We’re Looking For

We’re after male and female support workers of all ages and backgrounds to deliver top-notch care in Townsville. Whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned pro, we want your unique spark! Here’s what makes our dream teammate:

• Reliable Rockstars: Showing up on time is your promise to our participants.
• Chat Champions: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing). Bonus points for other languages!
• Heartfelt Heroes: Empathy and care are your superpowers.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using phone apps (we’re paper-free!).
• Flexible & Resilient: Ready to adapt and keep cool under pressure.
• Team Players: Jump in to save the day, even at short notice.
• Non-Smokers for Shifts: Vaping or smoking? Cool, but not during work hours.
• All-In Attitude: From personal care (showering, toileting, hoisting) to cooking, cleaning, or driving participants around—you’re up for it!
• Experience?: A bonus, not a must. Worked with visual impairments, mobility challenges, or complex behaviours? Awesome! If not, we’ll train you.

We’re open to casual (25+ hours/week, mostly Monday-Friday) or permanent part-time/full-time roles. Bring your authentic self, and we’ll provide the training and support to help you shine.
